Return Procedure For Uniden Products

Products purchased from Uniden may be returned for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling charges, only if the product is returned within 30 days of the date it was delivered to the customer only if the product is in complete and good condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns past the 30-day window. If the unit is not functioning correctly, please refer to the warranty information above.

Digital Keys are non-transferable and non-refundable.

To return an item that was purchased directly from Uniden, please repackage the item(s) along with a note detailing your request and a copy of your receipt. Please ship the package using a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx or other similar method with package tracking.
